The virtual mobile operator "SberMobile" has implemented three AI consultants based on GigaChat to automate customer support. Artificial intelligence now helps subscribers solve typical issues without the involvement of live operators, covering all service areas.
One of the AI agents checks the quality of the internet, analyzes the connection, balance, and tariff activity, and offers recommendations for restoring access. The second agent helps new customers choose the optimal tariff and connect it directly during the conversation. The third supports the number porting process from application submission to activation.
AI agents answer customer calls regarding internet, tariffs, and number porting. SberMobile notes that in six out of ten cases, requests are resolved completely automatically, and the service satisfaction level reaches 80%.
Since September 2025, SberMobile has been operating in all regions of Russia, using the infrastructure of the operators MegaFon and T2. The implementation of AI consultants will speed up service, reduce the burden on employees, and improve the quality of subscriber support throughout the country.
