The second robotic welding complex has been put into operation at the Krasnokamsk Repair and Mechanical Plant (KRMZ) in the Perm Territory. The equipment operates around the clock, the company's press service reported.
This will allow the company to increase the production volume of products requiring high-quality welding: serial equipment and non-standard metal structures.
The main feature of the welding complex is the presence of two working areas (for loading the part and for the welding process itself). With its help, a high-quality weld can be performed in the production of KRMZ Innovation line balers, FRONTLIFT front loaders, and STL warehouse equipment.
