Impulse Buy? Wildberries-Russ Acquires Rive Gauche Perfume Chain

The perfume chain will be integrated into the marketplace's online catalog

The merged company Wildberries-Russ (RWB LLC) has become the owner of the legal entities of the Rive Gauche perfume chain. According to EGRUL data, the deal took place on December 15: RWB received 100% of Aromalyuks LLC and UK PS Group LLC, previously owned by the Cypriot Rive Gauche Group Ltd.

The press service of Wildberries & Russ reported that the acquisition of one of the largest perfume chains will allow the development of omnichannel sales, expand the range of brands on the virtual showcase, and ensure the availability of goods in the "Beauty" category for customers in the regions and countries where the company operates.

Back in the fall, Kommersant sources reported on the possible acquisition of Rive Gauche by Wildberries. On September 26, the companies announced a strategic partnership: the chain's stores connected to the Wildberries service for self-pickup of goods and received their own section in the marketplace's perfume and cosmetics catalog.

In addition, RWB LLC received as collateral a 100% stake in Aromalyuks LLC and its subsidiary Aromatech LLC.

The deal strengthens Wildberries' position in the cosmetics and perfume market, expands online access to branded goods, and accelerates the integration of traditional retail chains into the marketplace's digital ecosystem. For buyers, this means more choice, convenient delivery methods, and the ability to purchase popular goods in Russian regions.
