The Tula-based Strela plant has won 268.6 million rubles from the Saratov Aggregate Plant. The decision was made by the Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region.
The lawsuit was filed in August 2025. Strela demanded 268.6 million rubles for the delivered products, as well as a penalty of 22.8 million rubles.
