Russian factories produced 388 tractors in October 2025. This figure is 46.7% less than last year. The information was provided by Rosstat.
Arkady Zlochevsky, President of the Russian Grain Union, explained the drop in production by the lack of demand for agricultural machinery from farmers.
There is no money, nothing to buy with. The factories have warehouses full of equipment — thousands of unsold combines, thousands of tractors.
Konstantin Babkin, co-owner of Rostselmash, reported that the plant has 2,700 unsold combines. He emphasized that there is no demand for equipment, and this problem has become a national issue.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the compact Russian tractor ATLAS TB 854 was presented at YUGAGRO-2025.
