The new update to the list adds important social resources from the fields of healthcare and education.

The "white list" also includes online resources of the Central Bank, as well as websites of telecom operators, such as Sbermobile, T-Mobile, and Er-Telecom, and Russian state news agencies.

In early September, popular platforms were added to the list, including VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Gosuslugi, Yandex, as well as major marketplaces — Ozon, Wildberries, and Avito.

In November, the second update took place, when the websites of the State Duma, federal ministries, and the Prosecutor General's Office were added to the list. In addition, resources from services such as Russian Post, Alfa-Bank, and the 2GIS navigator appeared on the list. The work on filling the "white list" will continue, according to the Ministry of Digital Development.
