The company JSC "Federal Center for Dual Technologies "Soyuz" has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Tula Region against JSC "Aleksin Experimental Mechanical Plant." The amount of claims amounted to 4 million rubles.
Apparently, the essence of the case is in violations of obligations under the contract, which caused financial claims of the plaintiff. The exact details of the case are still unknown.
