Russia has offered the Indian authorities to localize the production of Su-57 fifth-generation multirole fighters. This was announced by Sergey Chemezov, General Director of the Rostec State Corporation.
According to him, the Russian side sent its proposals for the Su-57.
Including production in India, with localization. They said: \"We'll think about it.\"
The aircraft was developed at the Sukhoi Design Bureau. The Su-57 will replace the Su-27 heavy fighter as part of the program to update the Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft fleet.
The first flight of the fifth-generation fighter took place in 2010. Its operation began 10 years later. Serial production of the Su-57 has now been established in Russia.
Rosoboronexport is actively promoting the aircraft on the international market. It is presented at air shows by master pilot Sergey Bogdan.
