The Kalashnikov Concern has fulfilled a state order for the supply of a 40-mm GP-34 grenade launcher. This was reported in the press service of the enterprise.
All work was completed on time. The grenade launcher production plan for 2025 became a record for the company.
It is expected that in 2026 the need for this product will remain at a high level.
The GP-34 is designed to destroy enemy manpower and unarmored vehicles with fragmentation and thermobaric grenades at a distance of up to 400 meters, as well as to solve special law enforcement tasks with non-lethal, illuminating and signal shots of the VOG-25 type.
The GP-34 has a classic muzzle-loading design, which ensures a high rate of fire and ease of loading and unloading. The grenade launcher is compatible with all modern Kalashnikov assault rifles with a barrel length of 415 mm and the Nikonov AN-94 assault rifle. Firing from the GP-34 can be carried out in a direct and hinged manner.
