The demonstration of the internal weapons bays of the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter at the Dubai Airshow – 2025 international exhibition became an important factor in promoting the aircraft from an advertising point of view. This was stated by Honored Test Pilot, Chief Pilot of the Sukhoi Design Bureau, Sergei Bogdan.
According to him, all aspects related to the promotion and advertising of fifth-generation aircraft are of serious interest to potential buyers.
Demonstrating the presence of weapons in the cargo bays is an important factor. The Su-57E's cargo bays surprise specialists with their dimensions; they are truly impressive. They can accommodate an impressive arsenal of guided weapons for various purposes.
Bogdan added that the fighter has four missiles: two air-to-air missiles and two long-range air-to-surface missiles for destroying radar stations. However, in this case, the Su-57 will become significantly heavier.
Earlier it became known that the President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, personally inspected the Su-57E at the Dubai Airshow - 2025 international exhibition. The Sheikh even looked into the cockpit of the combat aircraft from a special viewing platform.
