"Gazprom" is selling the petrochemical enterprise "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" in Bashkiria to the "Roskhim" holding. The transaction amount varies from 250 to 270 billion rubles. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2025.
At the moment, "Gazprom" has refused to comment on the deal, and a representative of "Roskhim" did not respond to a request from journalists.
"Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" is the largest petrochemical complex in Russia. The company was founded in 1948.
At the end of 2024, the net loss of PJSC "Gazprom" amounted to 1.076 trillion rubles. This is due to the fall in the market value of shares, which reached 852 billion rubles.
The deal will cover losses associated with a decrease in demand for gas due to the loss of the European market.
Earlier www1.ru reported that control over the production of Aurus cars passed to Gazprom.
