The Sevastopol aviation enterprise has already begun to be transformed into a joint-stock company, and it will be transferred to the Rostec state corporation by mid-2027, the Sevastopol government said.
The government has set a deadline of 25 months for the implementation of the enterprise reorganization measures. The transfer is taking place under a decree of the President of Russia, signed in May 2024.
The Sevastopol Aviation Enterprise is a specialized aircraft repair enterprise that specializes in the conversion, overhaul and modernization of various types of helicopters, navigation and communications. The company was founded in October 1929.
