Roscosmos presented models of the export version of the RD-180 and RD-181 liquid rocket engines, as well as the world's most powerful RD-171MV engine at the Dubai Airshow 2025.
Dmitry Bakanov, General Director of Roscosmos State Corporation, noted that RD-180s are still used in American rockets, and the RD-171MV engine is considered the most powerful on the planet. It is planned to be used in the new Soyuz-5 launch vehicle.
The Russian exposition also featured the Sokol-KV-2 spacesuit, a model of the Russian Orbital Station and an orbital complex designed to deliver scientific equipment to the Moon and planets of the Solar System, as well as models of promising Earth remote sensing spacecraft.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that UEC will present advanced aircraft engines for unmanned aerial vehicles in Dubai.
