We want to reach two thousand units of equipment, including a joint product (PJSC KAMAZ and the Simaz plant in Ulyanovsk), our Vega. Almost half of this number are vehicles running on gas engine fuel.

The company has also signed major contracts with Gazprom.

We are fulfilling an order for them for the production of shift workshops, suburban buses, and shift buses. So the quantity there is quite large.

According to Ruslan Kozadaev, the new semi-low-floor Vega buses have become a successful project of KAMAZ and Simaz LLC.

KAMAZ has never had medium-class front-engine buses, but thanks to Simaz, this project appeared. And a machine has already appeared, so to speak, in the metal. Therefore, we will develop this project.

Bus production is planned to double in 2026.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that KAMAZ presented a K5 generation dump truck at an exhibition in Belarus.
