In 2025, courts registered 46 lawsuits from St. Petersburg companies against the Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky (part of the "Ak Bars" corporation). The total amount of claims exceeded 546.9 million rubles, most of the cases have not yet been considered.
Of these, 29 disputes remain under consideration — for an amount of about 407 million rubles. The largest claims were filed by JSC "Zaslon" (97.6 million rubles) and JSC "Sitronics KT" (82.9 million rubles).
In November, the arbitration court of the Republic of Tatarstan accepted a new lawsuit for proceedings — St. Petersburg JSC "Marine Navigation Systems" demands 3.6 million rubles from the plant.
According to the SPARK system, the total claim load of the plant reached 3.2 billion rubles. Details of the claims for most cases have not yet been disclosed.
It is worth recalling that the Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky produces various types of warships and boats, and also carries out their repair and modernization. Among them are small missile ships (MRK) of projects 21631 "Buyan-M" and 22800 "Karakurt", anti-sabotage boats of project 21980 "Grachonok", patrol ships of project 22160 and frigates 11661 "Gepard" — carriers of "Caliber" missile systems.
