In October 2025, sales of the new brand Tenet cars soared by 223% compared to September, reaching 8,636 units. For comparison, Chery brand sales for the same month amounted to 6,590 cars, according to Autostat-Info analysts.
The compact T4 became the sales leader among Tenet models with 4,296 units sold, followed by the T7 with 3,641 cars, and the T8 rounding out the top three with 699 units.
If the results of the two brands are combined, 15,196 cars were registered in October, which is 12.3% higher than Chery's previous record in July.
The growth in Tenet sales is attributed to active marketing and trust in dealers: many experts note that the reputation of a specific dealer is more important to Russian buyers than the brand name. In addition, the cars are produced at the former Russian Volkswagen plant, which enhances their recognition and consumer confidence.
