The automotive brand Tenet has announced the start of sales in Russia for the updated version of the T7 crossover with all-wheel drive. The model is presented in a single Prime 4WD configuration and costs 3,080,000 rubles.
As a reminder, the Tenet T7 model, a joint brand of the Russian "AGR Holding" and the Chinese company Defetoo, is a localized version of the Chinese Chery Tiggo 7L crossover.
Vehicle dimensions: 4553 mm in length, 1862 mm in width, and 1696 mm in height. Wheelbase — 2670 mm. Fully independent suspension. 57-liter fuel tank. Ground clearance — 196 mm.
The all-wheel drive modification of the Tenet T7 is equipped with a 1.6-liter gasoline ICE with a capacity of 150 horsepower, as well as a 7-speed robotic transmission, which allows achieving moderate fuel consumption — 7.0 l/100 km in the extra-urban cycle. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 9.8 seconds, and the maximum speed reaches 192 km/h.
The intelligent I-4WD all-wheel drive system of the new crossover model features an instant response — up to 100 ms. Automatic torque distribution allows directing up to 50 percent to the rear axle. The driver is offered a choice of six adaptive modes: from urban "Eco", "Normal", and "Sport" to off-road "Off-road", "Mud", and "Snow".
The car is equipped with 19-inch wheels with red brake calipers, LED optics, a full-size spare wheel, and electric mirror adjustment. Inside the cabin, the central console is occupied by a single block of two 12.3-inch screens. The car's multimedia system on the Snapdragon 8155 processor from Qualcomm supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay protocols.
The model includes electric adjustments for the front seats, dual-zone climate control, a full "winter" package, and other functions that create additional user comfort — contactless trunk opening, 50 W wireless charging for a smartphone, and cruise control. Importantly: for safety and comfort, there is a 540° surround view system, six airbags, parking sensors in the front and rear, as well as a complex of electronic systems (ABS, ESC), and much more.
In addition, the model is equipped with the Tenet telematics system. With it, you can remotely monitor the condition of the car and remotely control the climate in the cabin, turn on heated seats and windows, and start the engine.
The new Tenet T7 configuration called Prime 4WD costs 3,080,000 rubles. As a reminder, until this point, the Tenet T7 crossover was presented on the market in two front-wheel drive versions: Active and Prime. The basic Active model costs 2,680,000 rubles without discounts. And the more equipped Prime configuration is estimated at 2,880,000 rubles.
