Автомобильный бренд Tenet уверенно стартовал на российском рынке: продано почти 500 машин за две недели

About a third of the purchased Tenet cars are registered to legal entities

The new Russian brand Tenet is demonstrating a noticeable increase in sales. In the first two weeks of September, 446 cars were registered, and the total number reached almost 500 units. For comparison, in August, only 6 Moskvich 8 cars were registered, which emphasizes the successful start of Tenet.

According to the head of Avtostat, Sergey Tselikov, about a third of the cars are registered to legal entities, which indicates a high interest of corporate clients in the brand. The model range includes three key models: T7, T4 and T8. The most popular is the T7, which accounts for more than half of sales, while the T4 and T8 share the remaining share approximately equally.

Tenet cars actually replace the Chery Tiggo model line, which was previously popular on the Russian market. This means that the brand's sales statistics, according to experts, will continue to grow actively.

Tselikov does not rule out that Tenet will soon enter the Top 5 Russian automotive brands in terms of sales.

Earlier it was reported that Chery Automobile was planning an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to raise up to $1.2 billion. The withdrawal from the Russian market is due to compliance with sanctions and export controls. The company denied information about leaving the Russian market.

Tenet cars are rebranded popular Chery models, localized and produced in Russia.
