The Krona-E anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) from the Kalashnikov defense concern will be ready for mass production in 2026. This was announced by Alan Lushnikov, CEO of the Kalashnikov concern.
According to him, the vehicle successfully passed the testing program in the summer. The complex is in a high degree of readiness, we offer it to everyone.
Lushnikov added that Kalashnikov is also moving in the direction of developing interceptor drones, as required by modern combat.
As a reminder, the Krona-E is equipped with a combat load of ten anti-aircraft guided missiles: six Sosna-R and four 9M333. The vehicle's readiness time is 10 minutes. The engagement area is up to 6 km in range and from 0.03 to 3.5 km in altitude.
