Taxi passengers in Primorsky Krai can now quickly check drivers' licenses and leave a complaint via the "Taxi Check Primorye" chatbot in the Max messenger. This was reported in the press service of the regional government.
The new digital service allows you to enter the vehicle's license plate number and instantly find out if it is registered as an official taxi. If there is no license, the chatbot will offer to send an appeal to the relevant authorities.
Representatives of the regional Ministry of Digital Development and Communications noted that the service improves the safety of trips and makes the passenger transportation market more transparent.
According to the developers, the functionality is working in test mode, but is already available to all residents of Primorye.
