System integrator Kit-systems has modernized the multimedia complex of the production technological assembly line control system at Metrovagonmash.
This is not the first joint project of the two companies — Kit-systems has previously implemented a number of large-scale projects for Metrovagonmash. This time, the work focused on the production technological assembly line control module, which provides the formation of daily shift tasks for employees, monitors their implementation, and manages the supply of components and operational control over the benchmark line indicators.
The integrated use of digital tools in production improves product quality, reduces its cost, ensures timely delivery and compliance with labor protection standards.
The modernization also corresponds to the company's concept of lean manufacturing, focused on optimization by reducing all types of losses and downtime.
