System integrator "Kit-systems" modernized the multimedia complex of the production technological assembly lines control system of "Metrovagonmash".
This is not the first joint work of the two companies - "Kit-systems" previously implemented a number of large-scale projects commissioned by "Metrovagonmash". This time, the work was carried out on the production technological assembly lines control module, which provides the formation of daily shift tasks for employees, monitoring their implementation, as well as managing the supply of components and operational control over the indicators of the reference line.
The integrated use of digital tools in production improves the quality of products, reduces its cost, ensures timely delivery and compliance with labor protection standards.
The modernization also corresponds to the company's concept of lean manufacturing, focused on optimization by reducing all types of losses and downtime.
