The team of SPC "Wings of Sakhalin" worked out scenarios for the use of unmanned aerial systems in the water area

During the tests, communication was established with a ship that was 62 km away

The team of SPC "Wings of Sakhalin" recently completed a series of tests of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in the water area. The tests demonstrated not only the effectiveness of the use of drones, but also their ability to solve complex problems in remote locations.

One of the key achievements of the team was a significant increase in the communication range with a small unmanned vessel (SUV). Thanks to the use of a repeater based on Matrice-300, the communication was increased from 4.7 km to an impressive 62 km. This will allow you to control and operate unmanned vessels over long distances. Solving such problems is especially important for the areas of monitoring and protection of water resources.

During the tests, a scenario for performing hydrographic surveys in inaccessible areas of the water area was successfully worked out. Thanks to unmanned technologies, the center's specialists managed to obtain data without the direct presence of a person in difficult and dangerous conditions.

The results achieved following the tests indicate the high efficiency of unmanned technologies in scientific research, environmental protection and monitoring of marine resources. Specialists of the SPC "Wings of Sakhalin" are convinced that further development of unmanned systems will provide even more innovative solutions for the marine industry.
