Команда НПЦ «Крылья Сахалина» отработала сценарии применения беспилотных авиационных систем в водной акватории

During the tests, communication was established with a ship that was 62 km away

The team of the "Wings of Sakhalin" Research and Production Center recently completed a series of tests of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the water area. The tests demonstrated not only the effectiveness of the use of drones, but also their ability to solve complex problems in remote locations.

One of the key achievements of the team was a significant increase in the communication range with a small unmanned vessel (SUV). Thanks to the use of a repeater based on Matrice-300, the communication was increased from 4.7 km to an impressive 62 km. This will allow you to control and operate unmanned vessels over long distances. Solving such problems is especially important for the areas of monitoring and protection of water resources.

During the tests, a scenario for performing hydrographic studies in inaccessible areas of the water area was successfully worked out. Thanks to unmanned technologies, the specialists of the center managed to obtain data without the direct presence of a person in difficult and dangerous conditions.

The results achieved as a result of the tests indicate the high efficiency of unmanned technologies in scientific research, environmental protection and monitoring of marine resources. The specialists of the "Wings of Sakhalin" Research and Production Center are convinced that the further development of unmanned systems will provide even more innovative solutions for the maritime industry.
