The Chelyabinsk company "Chelyabinskspetsgrazhdanstroy" plans to increase the production of gearboxes for pipeline valves from 3,000 to 8,000 units per month by 2027. This was reported by the company's press service.
The project involves investments of about 839 million rubles and the development of innovative infrastructure. More than 60 jobs have already been created.
Currently, the production of three thousand units of products satisfies 70% of the company's needs. Increasing production allows to start deliveries to other market players. To support new production facilities, a new substation was built in the summer.
The project became part of the import substitution program in the key gas sector. Governor Alexei Teksler noted that the region has the opportunity to produce what it did not do before.
