Spending on the development of electronics and radio electronics in Russia will increase sixfold, reaching 428 billion rubles in the period from 2026 to 2028. In 2026, the amount of state support will increase to 186.5 billion rubles, which is 6.3 times more compared to 2025. This became known from the draft federal budget.
In 2027 and 2028, 122.4 billion rubles and 119.6 billion rubles will be allocated for radio electronics respectively. State support will be reoriented from subsidies to preferential lending.
It is necessary to support growth points, help enterprises that are import-substituting products, participate in the work of clusters. Ambitious tasks have been set for the radio-electronic industry: to increase volumes and produce new products
Preferential loans, in his opinion, will support specific projects and ensure the effective use of the budget. Kravchenko added that in his region, the Tomsk region, a cluster of electronics and unmanned systems is being created.
Minister of Industry Anton Alikhanov noted that by 2035, the cluster participants in the Tomsk region should occupy up to 30% of the domestic market and strengthen their positions in the markets of friendly countries.
