Full-scale models of 1-9GMG and 17-36DG engine-generators presented in St. Petersburg

Both engines are designed to operate stationary and block-modular power plants

Kolomna Plant (part of TMH-Energetic Solutions) presented full-scale models of engine-generators at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF). This was reported by the company's press service.

The exhibition featured a 1-9GMG gas piston engine-generator and a 17-36DG diesel engine-generator, as well as a model of an EGPC-9 gas piston power plant. Both engines are designed for installation in stationary and block-modular power plants and can be used as sources of electrical and thermal energy for industrial enterprises.

The 900 kW 1-9GMG gas engine-generator was developed by designers of the TMH Engine Building Engineering Center in 2022, and its serial production was launched at the Kolomna Plant in 2023. The 1700 kW 17-36DG diesel engine-generator was assembled at the Kolomna Plant in 2025.

EGPC-9 power plants based on the 1-9GMG power unit began to be produced by the Kolomna Plant in 2023. The first two power units are already successfully operating on the territory of the enterprise.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that NB-520V traction electric motors have been certified.
