The presentation of the 100th "Ivolga 4.0" train in a stylish black color, which will run on the MCD-4 line between Aprelevka and Zheleznodorozhnaya stations, took place in Moscow at the Kievsky railway station.
The brutal look of the new train in a matte black finish with bright red "MCD" letters and a shiny number "100" is complemented by a gray-mint color scheme of the interior.
This train is unique, there will be no other like it.
11 cars of steel and power of the latest modification have an increased level of safety and passenger comfort. The new model has a unique feature - a third door in the intermediate car for faster boarding and disembarking of passengers.
"The hundredth "Ivolga" is a special train. Passengers were waiting for its appearance, and today it has entered the routes. This is a symbol of the development of Moscow transport, a combination of engineering, design and passenger comfort. By launching the black anniversary "Ivolga" on the MCD-4, Moscow has once again shown an example of what modern urban transport should be like. We are developing the MCD on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.
The train has already been nicknamed "Black Mamba" due to its external resemblance.
