The cables are easily moved aside even when loading 125-mm shells, which ensures ease of use in the field.
A simple and effective solution has already been tested in combat conditions. During the last sortie, a tank with such protection successfully withstood about ten drone attacks. At the same time, the system does not interfere with the crew performing combat tasks.
Rostec noted that the role of T-72B3 and T-90M tanks has been rewritten. Combat vehicles have occupied a niche between anti-tank missile systems (ATGM) and barrel artillery.
