JSC "Minsk Automobile Plant" (MAZ) sent 12 MAZ-203 buses running on gas engine fuel (CNG) to the municipal carrier of the city of Norilsk. This was reported by the press service of the enterprise.
Soon the MAZ-203 will be on the routes. The head of Norilsk, Dmitry Karasev, said that the appearance of Belarusian low-floor buses of the second generation is a new stage in the development of public transport.
"Severobuses" are our first experience in using passenger transport on environmentally friendly and economical gas engine fuel.
MAZ-203 complies with environmental standards Euro-3, Euro-4, Euro-5 and Euro-6. Minsk Automobile Plant has produced more than 4 thousand of these buses in various modifications.
