SKAT 350 M reconnaissance drones manufactured by the Kalashnikov concern (part of the Rostec Group) were used to target not only missiles, but also Geran-2 loitering drones. This was reported in the company's press service.
Kalashnikov emphasized that the SKAT 350 M is designed for round-the-clock aerial surveillance, searching for targets in the optical and IR ranges, and accurately guiding weapons to enemy targets.
SKAT differs from other drones with a modern module with updated algorithms that facilitate the operator's work on capturing and stably tracking targets, as well as a reinforced structure adapted for parachute landing, high reliability and survivability.
Kalashnikov also recently presented a sample of SKAT 350 M with a unique HD camera infrared spectrum with a night vision camera module. The new equipment is designed for observation and shooting in low light conditions and will be installed on mass-produced UAVs.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Uravagonzavod has almost doubled the firing range of the TOS-1A Solntsepek.
