A representative of "Rosatom Service" (part of Rosatom's Electric Power Division) signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese company for the operation and maintenance of nuclear facilities on the sidelines of the "World Nuclear Week" in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the Russian state corporation.
The document provides for "Rosatom Service" to provide technical support services for existing and under-construction power units in China. This concerns ensuring work on units 1-4, 7-8 of the "Tianwan" NPP and units 3-4 of the "Xudapu" NPP.
"Rosatom Service" also concluded a contract with Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation for the supply of Russian-made simulators. The equipment is intended for training operators of the "Tianwan" NPP.
