Russian mobile operator T2 has introduced an online smartphone assessment feature in its app. Now, users can independently find out the value of their device to participate in trade-in or buyback programs without leaving their home.
The new option is implemented in collaboration with the "Sivimart Diagnostics" service. The user starts the diagnostics through the T2 app and receives the final price of the smartphone.
After that, it is enough to visit a communication store with the device and a promotional code for an additional discount. The operator guarantees that the amount calculated online will be retained upon the conclusion of the transaction - the cost of the device will not change.
To complete the assessment, you need to open the "Trade-in and Buyback" section on the main page of the application and go through diagnostics through the partner's service.
The transition to the "Sivimart Diagnostics" platform happens automatically. If you have any questions, customers can contact the nearest T2 communication store for support.
