The M.Video-Eldorado Group has updated its trade-in service. Now, customers can trade in smartphones and purchase any goods in M.Video and Eldorado stores.
The service will be available nationwide from December 1, with the exception of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region. However, broken phones will not be accepted. The device must be without visible damage.
The device will be checked for functionality. The device evaluation will take about 15 minutes. It will be conducted by employees of the group of companies using special software.
Deputy General Director of the M.Video-Eldorado Group, Denis Golyshev, said that it is possible to trade in not one phone, but several, and get a discount in one check for a new product.
