Bakanov's Plan: Head of Roscosmos Announces Russia Will Build and Launch Approximately 300 Rockets in the Next 10 Years

At the plenary session of the Russian Forum "Microelectronics 2025," which took place on September 22, the head of the Roscosmos State Corporation, Dmitry Bakanov, announced that approximately 300 rockets will be produced and launched in Russia over the next ten years. This means that the country will produce and launch between 20 and 30 rockets annually.

Conditionally, 1,000 spacecraft should be manufactured in 10 years. Each device consists of an average of 2,000 components from the radio-electronic industry. Over 10 years, 300 rockets will be manufactured and launched, and tens and hundreds of thousands of consumer devices will be developed.

He also added that the national project "Development of Space Activities of the Russian Federation" includes eight federal projects, which outline KPIs by year.

With his statement, the head of Roscosmos emphasized Russia's стремление to strengthen its position in space and develop high-tech sectors of the economy. The implementation of this large-scale program will be an important step towards achieving these goals.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Bion-M No. 2 biosatellite with mice and drosophila completed a 30-day mission and returned to Earth.
