During a visit to the "Motovilikhinskiye Zavody" in Perm, Russian President Vladimir Putin got acquainted with new models of weapons. Among them was the 300-mm Sarma MLRS based on the KamAZ-63501 chassis.

A feature of this MLRS is the use of guided rockets, which significantly increases the accuracy and range of target engagement.
