During a visit to the "Motovilikhinskiye Zavody" in Perm, Russian President Vladimir Putin got acquainted with new models of weapons. Among them was the promising anti-aircraft artillery complex "Derivation-Air Defense".
"Derivation-Air Defense" is a Russian amphibious self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery complex armed with a 57-mm 2A90 cannon. The complex is designed to combat aircraft and cruise missiles, airplanes, helicopters, drones, as well as single MLRS projectiles.
The promising development was created as part of experimental design work based on the BMP-3 tracked amphibious combat vehicle.
Earlier www1 reported that the Kalashnikov concern successfully tested a new set of "Novator" uniforms in the Russian army.
