Over 100 Years Old and Still Like New: Extremely Rare 1927 Mercedes-Benz 630K for Sale in Moscow for 130 Million Rubles

The museum piece has a mileage of only 3,009 kilometers

A unique lot for collectors has appeared in the Russian capital — a rare 1927 Mercedes-Benz 630K. The museum piece with a mileage of only 3,009 kilometers is offered for 130 million rubles.

The 630K model ("Kurtz" — "short" in German) became iconic for the brand's history. Thanks to the shortened wheelbase, the car was maneuverable, and the supercharged 6.2-liter inline engine produced 178 horsepower. The maximum speed reached 145 km/h — an incredible figure for the late 1920s.

This particular model brought Mercedes-Benz over a hundred victories in races around the world and became one of the first "racing cars for public roads." Each specimen is unique: in those years, the concern only produced chassis, and the bodies were created in third-party ateliers.

The car presented in Moscow has been restored to Note 1 condition — close to new. All components and parts are genuine, as confirmed by an expert report.

Today, the Mercedes-Benz 630K is perceived not only as an artifact of automotive history but also as a symbol of aristocratic luxury and the sporting spirit of the early 20th century.
