Serial production of "light" instrument vibration protection platforms of the PMP-VZ-2501 model has begun in St. Petersburg. Kommenzh LLC produces devices designed to protect equipment, such as video cameras, from vibrations and shocks. The first batch of 27 platforms will be shipped to the customer in October 2025.
PMP-VZ-2501 platforms are designed to protect precision mechanics and optics, including zoom lenses and rotary mechanisms of surveillance cameras used in production management systems. The devices reduce image jitter, which improves the work of operators and machine vision systems. The platforms are designed for a payload of up to 3.5 kg and are intended for operation in conditions without snow, ice and with a low level of corrosive substances.
The production of platforms is based on a basic model, but each batch is manufactured according to the customer's technical specifications, taking into account the weight, dimensions and method of attaching the equipment. For cases involving movement, for example, on cargo trolleys of overhead cranes, dampers are provided. The design allows platforms to be installed on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Production is carried out at the facilities of Kommenzh LLC in St. Petersburg. The company plans to increase the production of platforms for various industrial needs.
