Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) uses only Belarusian units, assemblies and parts for its equipment. This is stated in an article in the newspaper "Republic", dedicated to the BELARUS 82.3 tractor.
The BELARUS 82.3 universal row-crop tractor is an updated version of the BELARUS 82.1. It is designed for a wide range of agricultural and municipal works.
It is used with various mounted, semi-mounted and trailed units, including loading and transport operations. It is available with a front driving axle of portal and beam types.
What is the difference between BELARUS 82.3 and BELARUS 82.1:
- Synchronized mechanical gearbox 14x12 with reverse of all gears
- Rear power take-off of "disc" type
- Electro-hydraulic drive of the front driving axle
The tractor is made in a corporate style with new lighting devices. Low and high beam headlights are spot, rear lights and a flashing beacon are LED, and rear-view mirrors have a heating function.
