The Beijing parade showcased another novelty: the FK-3000 anti-aircraft missile and gun system, mounted on an all-terrain chassis.
It is designed to combat drones and low-flying targets. Its ammunition load consists of 96 short-range missiles. Four missiles are placed in one container, which indicates a high density of fire.
The expert also added that in terms of its purpose and functions, this machine is comparable to our "Pantsir".
The complex, developed by China Precision Machinery Import-Export Corporation (CPMIEC), is a mobile short-range air defense system designed to destroy aerial targets such as aircraft, helicopters, drones, and cruise missiles at low altitudes and ranges.
The FK-3000, like the Russian "Pantsir", combines missile and gun armament. This combination provides these complexes with significant firepower and versatility, allowing them to engage targets at various distances: surface-to-air missiles can reach several kilometers, and two 30-mm automatic cannons effectively deal with threats at close ranges.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian army possesses an analogue of the Chinese stealth drone "Sharp Sword".
