Цифровой профиль здорового человека разрабатывают в России

"Health passport" will allow tracking a person's genetic changes and responding to the accumulation of dangerous markers

The scientific project "digital health profile" is being implemented in Russian cities where Rosatom is present. This was announced by the scientific director of the National Center for Physics and Mathematics (NCPM) in Sarov, Academician Alexander Sergeev, at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

The first city we started working with is the closed city of Lesnoy in the Sverdlovsk region. And a joint project of Rosatom, FMBA, and the Ministry of Education and Science is currently being implemented there. It is now in its second year. Cohorts of a thousand people, healthy people, are being studied using modern methods for various markers indicating how quickly a person's body transitions from a state of health to a state of illness.

A key element of the "health passport" will be a system for monitoring epigenetic changes — modifications of DNA that do not affect the sequence of genes but affect their activity.

This is a project about how we can create a healthy person's passport with all its features, genetic, epigenetic, and so on. And monitor the accumulation of dangerous markers. And what to do to ensure that this accumulation is not so rapid. In order for us to live long and be able to work, we need to ensure that all human organs age more or less at the same rate. We need to make sure that it all ages harmoniously and ensures a healthy old age.
Alexander Sergeev, Scientific Director of the National Center for Physics and Mathematics (NCPM, Sarov)

The implementation of this ambitious task will require an interdisciplinary approach, combining the efforts of geneticists, biologists, doctors, specialists in the field of IT and data analytics. It is necessary to develop a comprehensive system for collecting, storing, and analyzing personal health data of each person, including a genetic profile, results of biochemical analyses, data on lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, and environmental impact.
