The Russian tactical terminal RT-002C for law enforcement agencies and critical infrastructure enterprises was presented at the Technoprom exhibition in Novosibirsk at the end of August 2025. The device runs on the domestic operating system "ROSA Mobile".
The terminal is made in a protected case, its weight is 409 grams. The device is equipped with a high-capacity 9600 mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.
The device uses a hardware platform based on the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The configuration includes 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of permanent memory, an IPS display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a triple main camera. The terminal supports working with two SIM cards, and also has NFC, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules.
The device, like the similar R-FON smartphone, is manufactured at the Rutek plant in Saransk. The terminal is intended for corporate customers, the retail price is not disclosed.
RT-002C is positioned as a more affordable modification of the previously developed TT-1U tactical terminal for the military.
