NPK MSA LLC from St. Petersburg has put into operation its own aerodynamic stand for comprehensive testing of marine fans. The construction of the facility was completed in 2024, and its readiness for operation was confirmed by certification according to state standards.
The new stand allows testing the technical characteristics of fans in conditions as close as possible to real operation. According to the company, the equipment will be used for a broad product modernization program aimed at improving performance and reducing weight and size parameters.
NPK MSA LLC produces marine axial and radial fans with electric and hydraulic drives. Electric fans comply with industry standards, are resistant to vibrations and remain operational during rolling. The equipment is designed to operate in a wide temperature range.
Some of the company's products are manufactured in explosion-proof design for operation in hazardous areas. For degassing particularly hazardous facilities on ships, the company offers portable fans with hydraulic drive made of corrosion-resistant and non-sparking materials. All products have the necessary certificates and approvals, including from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
