Kronstadt, the company that produces Orion and Sirius reconnaissance drones for the needs of the Ministry of Defense, has been sued for 220 million rubles.
The lawsuit was filed by JSC "NII STT", which develops and manufactures radio-electronic equipment and telecommunications equipment.
The essence of the claim is not yet clear, but in 2022 it was reported that "NII STT" was developing the Aktsent-SM mobile satellite communication (SOTM) system for the UAV in the Inokhodets-BLA-S ("Orion-S") version. Apparently, disagreements between Kronstadt and the Smolensk enterprise arose precisely in this area.
In total, since the beginning of the year, Kronstadt has been claimed for 1.8 billion rubles in 81 cases.
