New "Boomerang" fiber optic drones with electronic warfare protection developed in Russia

The cable of the drones can withstand loads of up to 150 kg

New "Boomerang" fiber optic drones have been developed in Russia, a source in the defense industry complex reported.

The fiber optic cable of the "Boomerangs" can withstand loads of up to 150 kg and is resistant to tearing.

The use of fiber optics ensures "Boomerangs" have stable communication, video transmission, and control even under active electronic warfare (EW) conditions.

We are constantly working to improve drones and are fighting to minimize the number of cable breaks.
