"Uralvagonzavod" announced that 20 female employees completed a training program, received diplomas from the Ural State University of Economics, and joined the female talent pool of the enterprise's leadership.
UVZ employees, including foremen, chief specialists, and heads of bureaus from various departments of the enterprise, attended lectures at the Personnel Training Center for five months without interrupting their main production activities.
The women gained new leadership experience in the positions of deputy heads of UVZ workshops and services: repair and construction, foundry shops, wheelset shop, and the chief power engineer's department.
Women make a huge contribution to the development of the enterprise every day, performing the most important state tasks for the production of armored vehicles and modern rolling stock. They successfully cope with many tasks, and therefore, I believe, they should be at the forefront – both in professional activities and in family life!
