The problems of CCB "Neptune" became public in 2023. At that time, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered 78.2 million rubles from the company in favor of GTLK due to the disruption of a contract worth 2.3 billion rubles. This contract provided for the construction of five hybrid cruise passenger vessels of the PV20S project for the Sevastopol State Unitary Enterprise "Sevelectroavtotrans named after A. S. Krupoderov".

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the court will consider a claim from a Rostec structure for the bankruptcy of the Pella shipyard.
