Russia could deploy the "Oreshnik" missile system abroad to ensure the security of allies and strengthen its influence, according to military expert Alexander Stepanov.
In his opinion, Venezuela and Cuba would be the best locations for deployment.
This would strengthen Russia's global position and send a clear signal to geopolitical opponents.
Stepanov also emphasized that with the launch of mass production, Russia will be able to produce dozens of units of this weapon annually, covering key areas and tasks.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that footage has emerged of tests of the "Posokh" laser air defense system.
