The Russian government has approved the allocation of 2.5 billion rubles to the Chechen Republic for the construction of the "Technopark" waste processing complex. The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and published on the official legal information portal.
The funds will come from the Cabinet of Ministers' reserve fund in 2025. The financing will be channeled through the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation in the form of a one-time subsidy. The main goal of the project is to create a modern infrastructure for sorting and processing recyclable materials.
Allocate in 2025 to the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation budget allocations in the amount of 2,500,000 thousand rubles to provide one-time financial assistance in the form of a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of the Chechen Republic in order to co-finance the expenditure obligations of the Chechen Republic arising from the implementation of measures related to the construction of the facility "Construction of the Republican Ecological Waste Recycling Complex \"Technopark\"" in Grozny for the processing of secondary materials on the territory of the Chechen Republic.
According to the document, half of the construction work must be completed by the end of 2025. The full completion date of the facility is not specified.
