A mesh screen was attached to the front of the hull, and a conveyor belt was installed on the sides.

There are barriers on the turret that increase resistance to kamikaze drone strikes, including a "mangal".

However, it seems that in this configuration, the "Shilka" works on air targets without the use of radar equipment. Although there is a plus in this - the ZSU does not detect itself on the battlefield.

Tactical and technical characteristics of the ZSU-23-4:

  • Damage zone in range and height - 2.5 km
  • Speed of affected targets - up to 450 m/s
  • Rate of fire - 3400 rounds/min
  • Ammunition load of 23-mm rounds - 2000 pcs
  • Deployment time - 1.5 min
  • Fuel range - 450 km
