Sixteen BELAZ-7513D mining dump trucks of Belarusian production with a carrying capacity of up to 136 tons have started transporting rock mass at the Gross gold mine in southwestern Yakutia. This was reported in the press service of OJSC "BELAZ".
The main purpose of BELAZ trucks - is to deliver ore from the quarry to the complex for crushing large pieces of rock into smaller fractions.
Belarusian mining equipment is distinguished by its reliability, high cross-country ability and is suitable for operation in open-pit mining of precious metals.
Characteristics of BELAZ-7513 series dump trucks:
- Engine power - 2500 hp
- Operating weight - 160,000 kg
- Body volume - 102.4 m3
- Maximum speed - 60 km/h
